The outer package is a two-piece telescoping rigid box with an integrated platform designed to securely hold fragile glass cologne bottles while creating a structured presentation for either three or five samples.

A key innovation was the development of a full-sheet embossing process that replicated a specific textured paper surface used across the brand’s existing packaging.

The molded pulp insert itself incorporates 20% recycled content derived from scrap solid bleached sulfate (SBS) generated during Wynalda’s folding carton production process.

Interchangeable printed SBS masks selectively expose the appropriate cavities, creating a flexible packaging platform while minimizing tooling, materials, and production complexity.
